Who is Essay Company?
The website says these guys are in the UK. We couldn’t reach a chat agent or anyone through email to see if we buy that claim or not. They claim to have great writers that speak English as their native language. With no online reviews and no one to answer our questions, it’s very hard to say if any of this is legitimate.
They say on their website they’ve been around since 2010 and helped 60,000 students. If that’s true, where are the reviews?
How Much is a Paper?
We typed in 2 days’ notice and a 1-page paper for college. We were shocked at the price! This was with NO sources or extra criteria put in that may raise the price significantly. Notice that we chose for “grade” that all we expected was a 60-69%, which they’re calling a “B.” That is, as we all know, not a B. Besides, how can they guarantee a “B” anyway? This is the highest pricing system we’ve seen yet on an essay writing service’s website. Crazy!
Even with 4 whole weeks’ notice, it’s still $32 per page???? Remember, this is without them having additional details about a bibliography, sources, etc.
What happens if we want an “A” paper, which by the way they are saying is anything over 70%. Come one! 70% is NOT an “A!” But check out the price if we set a 2-day deadline and only require a 70% grade (who would actually pay for a paper that they’re only promised a 70% on??).
What Kind of Online Reviews Does Essay Company Get?
We checked online for reviews for Essay Company. What we found on Sitejabber and Trustpilot was that neither of these popular review sites listed any reviews for Essay Company. When a company has zero online reviews, it calls into question whether they are brand new or not a legitimate company with real customers. It’s hard to say, but it’s a red flag to not have a single online review.
