Who is Private Writing?

In the “About Us” section, Private writing says they have 103 writers, and that 97% of their orders are turned in on time. They don’t offer proof of any of that, but that’s what is listed. It’s our job to state the facts as we see them, so there you go.

Below is a clip from the “About Us” section that talks about their quality of work. They, interestingly, admit that their average essay score is 80%, which isn’t great. That got us wondering, why do they have “A+ Essay writing service” on their hompage when their average paper gets only an 80% score? Oh well, moving on…

They don’t mention where they are from, but many online reviews claim that they’re a foreign outfit. Everything we found in our research leads us to believe they’re located and operating outside of the US and using foreign writers, although obviously we can’t prove that. About Us section

How Much Does a Paper Cost?

On the hompage, Private Writing has a price calculator that is easy to use. Without typing in any specifics, other than a 2-day deadline, this is the price we got.

Price per page for a college essay due in 2 days on Private Writing.

Now, as with any essay writing service, if you added in extra requirements the price will likely change. But this gives you a good idea of a starting point. This price is reasonable, once you get the discount taken off.

Online Reviews:

Trustpilot shows 8 perfect reviews. This raises a red flag with us because there are very few reviews, yet they’re all perfect? Seems hard to believe. reviews for Private Writing

Sitejabber, on the other hand, has an impressive 133 reviews! Now, we can’t say whether or not they’re all “real” but since they’re not all glowing, it stands to reason that at least some of them are genuine. reviews for Private Writing

The negative reviews for Private Writing are plentiful and pretty scathing. There are 53 1-star reviews, which is almost half of their total reviews. It’s worth checking them out because they accuse everything from straight up scamming to late papers, rude customer service, childish writing, non-English speaking writers, and more. It’s pretty bad, not gonna lie.

Pros & Cons:

  1. Reasonable price (after the discount)
  2. Plenty of online reviews (even though many are bad, at least you can see what people have to say)
  3. An informative blog with plenty of posts

  1. Foreign essay writing service
  2. Nearly half of the reviews on Sitejabber are 1-star
  3. Many reviews say Private Writing is unfair to their writers
  4. Reports of rude customer service agents (hanging up on customers)

In a Nutshell:

You’ll never see a post here that advocates using a foreign company to write your American, Canadian, or UK term papers. It’s too risky.

These guys have some pretty bad reviews. When you factor in that nearly half of their Sitejabber reviews are 1-star, that’s telling. Half of their clients are very unsatisfied.

The site admits that the average paper score is 80%. Well, since most companies (across all industries) inflate their numbers to look better, that score could actually be way lower. We don’t know about you, but if we pay for a paper we generally want better than 80% on it, right?
